For large cakes, we ask for at least 2 week’s notice and 1 week’s notice for smaller orders.
If your cake is needed on an emergency basis, we can usually work to smaller time frames, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.
Delivery fees depend on the address that delivery is required to. Fees start at £5 and increase the further away you are from B12 0AA.
For an exact delivery fee, please send us your postcode and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
An invoice will be sent to your email once we’ve agreed upon a design. On your invoice, there will be a link to make payment.
Payment is due in advance and is made up of two parts: the deposit and the balance. Where an order is made last minute, the full amount may be required upfront.
All payments are processed online by card – no cash is accepted.
All deposits are non-refundable.
A full, partial, or no refund may be given for the remaining balance. Please see our terms and conditions for further information.

Our cakes are best eaten within 1-2 days of delivery/collection. ‘Best before’ and ‘Use by’ dates will be provided to you with your order.
Our cakes are best stored in a refrigerator, but we suggest taking them out 2-3 hours before serving for the optimum tasting experience.
When transporting large cakes, they are best placed on a flat surface, such as the passenger footwell of your vehicle. Avoid placing your cake on a car seat or on someone’s lap.
If you opt for collection, further advice will be provided when you place your order.
All cakes are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, soya, dairy and gluten.
Allergy information is specific to your custom cake but no guarantee can be given that they are 100% allergen free.

Unfortunately we do not offer this option at the moment.
Yes – all our cakes adhere to Islamic guidelines and do not contain ingredients such as alcohol or non-halal gelatine.
